INTERVENTION TIER 2

2. Summer Program/CampsProgramming, specialized camps, or respite to help support and maintain function of children with special health and wellness needs through the summer months. Services can be designed to address and develop skills in areas of socialization, communication, self expression, self esteem, and interpersonal relationships. Programming will also improve fitness, physical skills, ability to follow rules and directions, share and play cooperatively.

7. 1:1 Supervision / Mentoring / Classroom AssistanceIndividual attention, supervision, monitoring, or support given to a youth in order to improve function, increase participation, and stabilize symptoms in a school setting.

4. After School ProgramsProgramming to support children after school, in school building or at community locations. It can also provide for communication outlets for parents, schools, and students. After school programming can include homework assistance and academic support, health, Drug and alcohol, or mental health groups and treatment.
